Air Freight Operations Specialist
Coordinate air freight shipments from booking to delivery, working with airlines, ground handlers, and customs brokers to ensure on-time performance.
- 2+ years experience in air freight operations
- Knowledge of IATA regulations and dangerous goods
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
- Proficiency with freight management systems
Customs Broker
Process import and export entries, classify goods, and advise clients on customs regulations, tariffs, and trade compliance.
- Licensed U.S. customs broker
- 3+ years of customs brokerage experience

- 4+ years warehouse supervisory experience
- Knowledge of WMS and inventory control practices
- Forklift license and safety management experience

Provide proactive support to FreightForce Direct customers, answering inquiries, tracking shipments, and coordinating with operations teams.
- 1+ years experience in customer service or logistics coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working across time zones
- Experience with CRM and freight tracking tools preferred
Project Cargo Manager
Lead oversized and heavy-lift logistics projects across Latin America, managing route planning, permits, and stakeholder communication.
- 5+ years project cargo or heavy-lift experience
- Strong knowledge of permits, escorts, and special equipment
- Experience in Latin American markets
- Portuguese and English fluency required; Spanish a plus
